What is the maximum recommended kibble size (in mm or inches) to prevent jamming in the feeding mechanism?
A:The feeder recommended kibble size is 5-16mm.
How frequently should the desiccant bag be replaced under normal humidity conditions?
A: Replace the desiccant pack every three weeks. Touch the desiccant packet, if it feels lumpy, hardens and is no longer loose, it has absorbed moisture and failed.The desiccant should also be checked and replaced immediately if you notice water vapour on the inside of the bin or signs of moisture in the cat food (softening, not crunchy).

What step-by-step actions should I take if the feeder disconnects from the app or loses network connectivity?
A: Press the "Reset" bottom firstly and wait for 30 seconds until the feeder flashes the green light.
